League Lines is our official newsletter

The League's bulletin is an interesting compilation of the many projects of the League. The State multi-year study is on election reform. Local chapters work on State studies because there are variations from place to place throughout the state. We are looking forward to State registration of voters and registrars. Registrars will be able to register anyone in the state to vote regardless of where the registrar lives. You will also find tempting information about the work of on-going local committees like Natural Resources and International Relations.

In addition to the League Lines the League of Women Voters of MIlwaukee County has an email list for immediate action. This is a low volume announce-only email list about action needed (letters or phone calls) on pending legislation at the local, state and federal lelvel of government. The list is open to current, paid members of the Milwaukee County League. Contact: info@lwvmilwaukee.org to join the list. The list is never shared with any individual or group.
