New Citizen Greeter

Every month a group of people from across the state become new citizens. The League is there to welcome them, provide them with voter information and register them to vote. It's a fun event and usually is scheduled for the last week of the month during the day. We always need people to hand out information and to register voters. League registrars are able to register anyone in the state regardless of where they live. Call the League office at 414-273-8683 (VOTE) for more information. Or go to our Contact page and fill out the online form and one of us will contact you.

Calendar Queen

Both the web calendar and the League Lines calendars must be current, accurate and comprehensive. This will require calling League members and representatives from co-sponsoring organizations. An hour or hour and a half per week should do the trick. You will be calling people who expect your call. It's a great way to get to know the people who really make things work throughout the community. Call the office at 414-273-8683 (VOTE) for more information. Or go to our Contact page and fill out the online form and Dorothy will contact you.

Deputy Voter Registrar

Registering voters is an on-going, year round activity of the League. However, before elections there is a special push. It's simple to become a deputy registrar. The League members go to events and work with other community organizations to register people from all communities in the State. The time committment varies depending on what events are scheduled. Call 414-273-8683 (VOTE). Or go to our Contact page and fill out the online form and Ann will contact you.
