SECOND REQUEST

This is a second email request going out to all of the Off-Board Leaders. Please check Currently Registered for Off-Board Leader Orientation to see if you have already registered for a session. If you do not find your name on this list, please see the "Choose a Session" button below and signup. There is an option to choose if you cannot attend any one of the sessions we have scheduled.

Dear ~~first_name~~:

Thank you for being a continuing or new Leader in our League! Now that our new year has begun, let’s get together for our annual Leaders Orientation: a chance to meet your colleagues, get a helpful overview of the League and review the policies and procedures we all need to know.

Because it’s important for everyone of our Leaders to find time to come to this Orientation, we have set aside 3 sessions to choose from (just choose one). Hopefully everyone will find one of these times convenient, but it is summertime, and we know people are vacationing and have other plans. If you cannot attend one of these, there is a spot to request a one-on-one meeting. If you make that choice Mary Ellen will be in touch.

Here are the choices. Please register for one.

Tue, August 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. or
Wed, August 28 from 10 to Noon or
Thu, August 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. or
I cannot make any of these sessions. Please contact me.

CHOOSE A SESSION

All of the meetings will happen in meeting room 2212 in Summit Place, two doors down from where our office is located in room 2218.

Snacks will be provided but please bring your own something to drink.

There is plenty of parking in the Visitor’s Parking lot at Summit Place (you have to check in at the security desk to register your car when you arrive).

Before we actually meet in August, you can find some helpful information on the Member Resources page on the website. There you will find helpful League materials and video tutorials (includes Google training). Also, if you have any questions whatsoever about how to use your lwvmilwaukee.org email or how to login and use the website or how to use the Google Shared Drive, please let Mary Ellen know and she can meet with you one-on-one.There may not be enough time at Orientation to discuss these things in detail.
