Thank you to all of the Off-Board Leaders who made it to one of the orientation sessions or met with either of us one-on-one.

We appreciated the discussions we had with you and the suggestions you shared–some great ideas. You asked us to:
- Put all election dates on the online Event Calendar.

Add a PDF of the 2-page “Value Proposition,” document created for Fund Development to Member Resources so Leaders can access it.
- Send an email blast to all members about the Sep 17 LWVWI webinar about the constitutional amendment on the Nov 5 ballot.
- Put a link to the 2024/2025 budget voted on at Annual Meeting in the Member Resources section for future reference.
- Consistently post event recording on the website (for example the Lunch and Learn recordings).
Please let either of us know if we are missing any suggestions you shared!
We immediately took action on two of the suggestions. We asked Maddie to put the election dates on the Event Calendar and we sent out an email blast about the constitutional amendment. The email blast went out on Aug 30 and again on Sep 6. A total of 474 members opened one of those email blasts.
Finally, we created a little survey to give you a chance to let us know what you thought of the orientation. If you did not attend an orientation, please skip the survey.
