The Garland of Choice, is a community art activation project designed to capture and preserve the voices of Wisconsin residents on reproductive freedom.

The project reflects the League’s vision of a world where all people have full autonomy over their bodies and equitable access to reproductive healthcare, regardless of socioeconomic status.

The completed garland will be displayed at the Wisconsin State Capitol, where hundreds of individual messages will come together to form a powerful visual statement.  

But we need 2,000 feet so we need your help!

The success of this project depends on League volunteers. We currently have more outreach opportunities than volunteers to staff them.

Volunteering is easy and flexible. Most shifts are only 3–4 hours, and there are a variety of dates, times, and locations available throughout the summer. Whether you can help once or several times, your participation will make a difference.

No special expertise is required—just a willingness to engage with community members and help them add their voices to the Garland of Choice.
